Where is your technology getting in the way?

Twelve short statements, about two minutes. The result points to where it is usually worth looking first. It is illustrative and directional, not an assessment of your environment.

  1. Your answers

Twelve statements, answered Not really, Partly or Yes.

  2. Simple rules

The same rules for everyone, written out below.

  3. An illustrative result

Where your answers point, and why.

  4. A next step

What to look at first, and a conversation if it helps.

How the result is worked out
  1. Each answer counts 0 for Not really, 1 for Partly and 2 for Yes. A statement you skip counts as 0.
  2. Each area has three statements, so it adds up to between 0 and 6.
  3. 0 or 1 reads as no clear signal, 2 or 3 as worth a look, and 4 to 6 as a strong signal. There are no percentages, because the answers are not precise enough to support them.
  4. Areas are listed strongest first. Where two particular answers usually share one cause, a note says so.
  5. The optional question about how IT is looked after changes the wording of one note. It never changes a reading.
